Legal agreement governing your use of ELEVATION services
By purchasing or accessing any services from Elevation Praxis Consulting Inc. ("Elevation," "we," "us," "our"), you ("user," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
We provide the following services:
4-month access to structured coaching program, materials, and group support.
Ongoing subscription providing access to community, basic course information, and Q&A sessions.
Personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with customized support.
By using our services, you agree to:
One-time payment required. Full payment due before access is granted.
Payment plans available with 2-3 monthly installments.
Recurring subscription billed monthly or as specified at purchase.
If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period. After 7 days, your access will be suspended until payment is received. For suspended accounts, your program timeline continues to run—no extensions are provided for suspension periods.
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by emailing support@elevationidentity.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Access to program materials and support is provided for 4 months from date of purchase. Access terminates automatically after 4 months.
Ongoing access while subscription remains active and in good standing.

You may not disclose, share, or use this confidential information outside of your personal application of the coaching program.
This is a one-way confidentiality obligation. We maintain separate obligations regarding your personal information under our Privacy Policy.
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, course videos, worksheets, and resources provided through our services are owned exclusively by Aamer Janbey and Elevation Praxis Consulting Inc.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active enrollment period.
You retain ownership of any personal work, assessments, or content you create during coaching. However, you may not use our proprietary frameworks or methods to create competing products or services.
We do not guarantee specific results, income, revenue, business outcomes, or personal transformation. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Our coaching services are educational and motivational in nature. They do not constitute:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you:
Upon termination for violations, all payments are forfeited and you immediately lose access to all materials and services. You remain bound by confidentiality obligations.
Users terminated for violations may request reinstatement by contacting support@elevationidentity.com with an explanation. Reinstatement is at our sole discretion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elevation Praxis Consulting Inc.
